Meet other Chamber members, volunteers and staff while promoting
your company or organization at member receptions/orientations.
Joining the Ambassadors committee allows you to meet and greet
new Chamber members at grand openings and other special events.
Chamber Member Showcase
This
event brings together up to twelve member businesses in a
mini-business expo setting at a central location. A
great networking opportunity for those who attend, admission
is free with a business card. Businesses benefit by showcasing
their goods and services without having to provide the space.

Information Display
The Chamber's location in downtown Red Wing provides an
ideal spot for local residents and tourists to stop in, ask
questions and collect information. The Chamber is proud
to feature our member's information in the lobby and refer
guests to those members.
Special
Events and Community Festivals
Throughout the year, the Chamber offers special networking
and social events to build value into your Chamber membership.
Some of these events include the Annual Golf Outing, a member
outing such as a Vikings game, and River City Days.
Red
Wing Area Relocation Packet
Reach thousands of potential customers through this relocation
kit. It features information about housing, businesses, schools,
and attractions in the Red Wing area. This packet is sent
annually to approximately 300 new customers from all over
the United States. This is a great way to tap into this market
at the very beginning of the relocation process. The kit is
available to member businesses to aid in their recruiting
effort.

Chamber
Bucks
This retail promotion is aimed at keeping retail dollars in
Red Wing. The Chamber runs this promotion at no cost to Chamber
members. We sell the chamber bucks and redeem them at the
Chamber office. Chamber members who wish to accept this form
of payment need only drop the redeemed chamber buck off at
the Chamber office to receive full value of the chamber buck.
In 2005, the Chamber returned nearly $73,000 to the Red Wing
community.
Bulk
Permit
Chamber members having a mailing containing 200 or more pieces
of same size and weight are able to use the Chambers bulk
rate permit to receive a lower rate on postage. Chamber members
pay the actual cost of the mailing.
