Barn Bluff Master Plan Kickoff Public Workshop—November 4--6:30-8:30PM—Red Wing Public Library—Foot Room The Red Wing Advisory Planning Commission will have a Kickoff Public Workshop for the Barn Bluff Master Plan on November 4 from 6:30-8:30PM in the Foot Room of the Red Wing Public Library. Barn Bluff is one of the best-known natural features along the upper Mississippi River and is significant for its geology, regional recreational use, and its association with prehistoric and native peoples. The City has initiated a planning process to develop a Master Plan that will help to guide future decisions related to Barn Bluff. Citizens have a tremendous interest in Barn Bluff and with that in mind, the Advisory Planning Commission is interested in engaging as many people as possible in the development of the plan.
