Event Description:One of the secrets to great Italian cuisine is fresh ingredients! While gardens and farmers markets are bursting with the season’s bounty, Chef Antonio seizes the opportunity, transforming the fragrant and fresh herbs found in the garden into a delicious midsummer dinner. Learn to use herbs Italian-style in dishes including:
- Tomato-Basil Bruschetta
- Angel-hair pasta with Basil Pesto
- Marinated Herb Chicken
- Colored Squash, Venetian-style
- Watermelon with Feta and Mint
This class will take place in our new outdoor cooking school, in the heart of the chef’s garden! Plan to join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm. You’ll be greeted with a glass of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class.
This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers.
* A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
