'Discover Paella' Cooking Class with Antonio Cecconi

This cooking class is an Italian nod to a great Spanish dish! Learn to make two paella dishes using two different cooking methods - one over an open fire, and the other in our wood-fired oven.

• Mixed paella with andouille, shrimp, chicken, and mussels, combined with seafood rice.
• Vegetarian paella with peppers, artichoke, and peas with saffron rice.

Taking place in our new outdoor cooking school area, join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class.

This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers.

* A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
