FREE Electronics Recycling—October 24—8AM—2PM
Red Wing Computer & IT Services (213 Bush Street, Red Wing, 651-327-5008) has partnered with Tech Dump/Jobs Foundation and the City of Red Wing again this year to offer another electronics recycling event on October 24 from 8AM-2PM at the Red Wing Waste Campus (1873 Bench Street, Red Wing). FREE items to recycle include Game consoles; Cellphones & PDAs; Cords, Cables & Mice; Flat panel Monitors & TVs (LCD/LED); Switches, Routers & Hubs; CPUs, Memory & Disk Drives; Laptops & Desktop Computers; Satellite, Cable & TiVo Receivers; Peripheral Cards & Hardware; Microwaves, Dishwasher; Washers & Dryers; Space Heaters; Stoves; Extension Cords; Christmas Lights; Printers & Copiers; Scanners; plus MUCH more…if it has a battery or cord, they’ll likely take it! Visit TechDump.org/RedWing for a complete list of items. Additional items can be recycled, with a recycling charge: CRT TVs and monitors; Console TVs; Rear projection TVs; and All Freon appliances. Devices will be sanitized of personal information and data. Tax deductible receipts available. PLUS every vehicle that recycles will receive an entry form to win a refurbished Lenovo laptop computer.
