Event Description:
St. James Hotel Cooking Class—6–8PM—$40/person—This summer, classes will be a ‘trip up the Mississippi’. June will feature Creole-Cajun and include Traditional Gumbo, Oyster & Shrimp Po-Boy and Cocktails, July will feature deep South dishes, and travel from Memphis to St. Louis in August.
