What You’ll Do
· Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to clients
· Great Customers & Answer Phones
· Maintain Supplies for all office locations
· Service Client with their billing needs
· Daily Mail Distribution
· Support with quotes, policy changes, claims, and account updates
· Guide customers through coverage options and insurance solutions
· Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow
· Assist with follow-ups and contribute to sales growth
· Stay current on insurance products and guidelines
