We are currently looking to add to our Return/Repair Team.
This position is responsible for the following:
· Addressing product concerns from both internal and external customers.
· Working independently to assist in receiving returns.
· May also become involved with Customs and Product Development.
· There may be additional duties as directed by management.
The Minimum Requirements of this job are:
· The ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
· The ability to multi-task, manage workflow, organize and solve problems with minimal supervision.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to regularly conduct stand-up work
· Excellent attendance.
· Ability to work overtime or adjust work schedule as needed.
Additional Helpful Skills
· 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial stitching/sewing and shoe construction.
· Effective use of hand tools and good manual dexterity
Pay:
Starting Pay: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on skills and related experience.
