Located inside the historic Pottery Place in Red Wing, our unique two-tier business offers a charming retail shop featuring Wisconsin and Minnesota goods on the first floor, and a welcoming café on the second.
We’re looking for the right person to join our friendly, flexible, and supportive team! If you enjoy variety in your work, this role is perfect for you—balancing both cooking in our café and assisting in retail throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For:

• Serv-Safe Certified Cook with a passion for food preparation(or willing to obtain serv-safe certification
• Someone who enjoys customer service & retail in a locally inspired store.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic role with varied daily tasks.

Hours: We’re open 10 AM – 5 PM most days, with some flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prep Food Each Morning to Ensure Freshness And Meet Our High Food Standards.
• Prepare Orders for Customers In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
• Serv-Safe Certification.
• Adhere to Standard Company Policy and Dept of Health Standards.
• Punctuality and Being Ready for Work When You Arrive.
• Occasional Retail Sales and Customer Care.
• Ensure All Areas are Clean.
• Contribute to our Friendly and Engaging Atmosphere!
