Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Server/Runner to ensure smooth and efficient service during our guests' dining experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the crucial link between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly and correctly.
● Deliver food and beverages to tables in an organized and professional manner.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
● Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, answering basic menu questions and addressing immediate needs.
● Support the kitchen team by expediting orders and communicating special requests or dietary restrictions.
● Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for daily service.
● Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
● Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere, stepping in to assist with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
● A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
● Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Experience with Toast POS a plus.
