Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on Cook with a passion for crafting high-quality sandwiches to join our team at Otto’s Public House. This unique role combines operational efficiency with culinary creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Kitchen Operations:
○ Prepare and cook menu items to maintain high quality and consistency.
○ Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and adheres to food safety standards.
2. Culinary Innovation:
○ Design and execute a menu of innovative, high-quality sandwiches and related offerings.
○ Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
○ Collaborate with the team to refine and expand the menu based on customer feedback.
3. Team Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the owner and kitchen staff to achieve operational goals.
○ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Customer Experience:
○ Ensure every dish meets quality standards to delight our customers.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong culinary background.
● Exceptional skills in sandwich preparation and menu development.
